For an in-person appointment, you can:
Our availability is limited. Please make sure you can attend your appointment. Online changes or cancellations are not possible within a period of less than one week.

Online Booking – Time to Allow
When booking online, you must estimate the time required to prepare your tax return. As a general rule, allow 30 minutes per person.
Use the following guide:

| One person with or without adult children in school (few slips) | 30 minutes |
| A couple with or without minor children | 60 minutes (1 hour) |
| Two couples with or without minor children | 90 minutes (1 h 30) |
Tips for Accurately Estimating Your Appointment Time
- To save time, don’t forget to provide us with your download code with your documents, which you can obtain on My Account Revenu Québec.
- Review how much time your appointment took last year as a reference.
- If you are a couple with simple files, 30 minutes may be enough.
- If you are unsure or if your appointment could last more than 90 minutes, call us at 514-234-3737 and we will help you choose the appropriate duration.
- To avoid unnecessary delays during the preparation of your tax returns, please make sure you have the following documents ready:
- Medical expenses — gather your receipts, invoices, and insurance statements, and sort them by type (dental care, medication, etc.). See the preparation file.
- Self-employed workers — compile your business income and expenses, and complete the worksheets provided to you (or available on our website).
- Rental property owners — prepare your rental income as well as your expenses (taxes, interest, maintenance, insurance, etc.), and complete the related worksheets.
Payment
- Payment is due at the end of the appointment.
- It can be made by Interac e-Transfer on your phone.
